Do amazon refund services require your user and pass or do they just go on live chat and give order number
you need to provide email, name, billing address and order number.
Go to the marketplace section and look at the refund services.
Add them on skype and ask.

If you are asked to give login info on a amazon refund then change your password immediately All you need is Order Number, Address, Name, Order Cost and a couple of more things Degree and Paradise seem to be trusted so use them
