i have a question about something which happend on school today
and thats: What if a guy(21Yr) touches/harass sexualy me (17yr) can i still go to the police
and say he sexualy harresed/touched (idk how to call it) a minor ? as im almost 18 over a month
and idk if they will do something about it or just let it got cus im almost 18
and also if they even do something about it whats the maximum sentence he can get?

If a grown ass man touches you at school you need to slap that motherfucker. Then when you tell whoever you need to tell and make sure that fuckin pedo gets the hell out of schools.

He will be fired, fined, taken to jail/prison, and put on the sex offenders list. He will not be able to get any job around children. So make sure you go tell the administration at your school.

whether your a minor or not, he touched you in your private area, purposely, and you were not expecting it, so yeah, its consider rape. either way if he did it while you were a minor or did it while you werent, its illegal both ways.

A teacher(?) touched you inappropriately while you were at school?

If that is the case, yes, since you are under 18, by law (At least in the United States) you are still considered a kid. So if this teacher(?) touched you somewhere you did not want to be touched, then you defiantly need to inform someone at your school that you are comfortable with who will be able to tell the right person. Now, whether that be another teacher, a guidance counselor, or even a janitor, they will make sure to inform the correct person.

But if its a student, I just have one question. What the fuck is a 21 year old still doing in a secondary school?
