Question
Besides XNA/Unity, whats some (if any?) decent programs used for designing/developing games. I've been making some for fun in C# in Visual Studio on windows apps, but theres a limit for where I can take those.
Lately CS(s) asked too many questions. Why?

Because if I wasn't a CS I totally would not dare to ask such a dangerous question like this.
What about Blender?
Swfit, C++, Java, F#, Python, R, C, are all quite common development languages

OT
Just read that you said programs...
I've used Unreal Development Kit, Unity3D, Reach3dx, HeroEngine, Cocos2d, Unreal Engine 4, Project Anarchy, CryEngine @Riigged
Some I found online :
GameMaker
BigWorld
Leadwerks
FPS creator Reloaded
Marmalade
Turbulenz
Sploder( BASIC AS SHIT )
Ill try Unity i guess. Anyone wanna link a good vid/tut for first time unity using?

Ehh almost all those youtube vids are like difficult stuff, like not for beginners.
But I mean, I got the hang of it after looking at everything on my own.
Nothing near hard but this is what I'm doing right now xD just swimming basically.
