Guys i can see u are new to this...u have to ask yourself..do i really want to rek noobs in cs and if so is it worth buying a new account if i get banned? if yes then u gotta man up and use it and have fun thats the main point if u worry too much u probably will get banned just cause some say valve can smell fear...

This is a cooldown applied after an OVERWATCH review of your games (Other players reported you!). The VAC Ban wasnt yet triggered on that account and Overwatch did their job!
