Thats not true, that photo may actually be real. If you look up anyone getting VAC'ed on stream its the same thing.

No, it doesn't show your rank. I have been vacced on 3 accounts, none of them showed my rank after getting VAC'd.

polyhacks got detected before idc what u choose to use i don't have anything against them, I used polyhacks a long time ago the blue remastered one and it was good but if you're asking what's more undetected? well valve haven't found a way to detect PowerShell hacks yet and they already found a way to detect PolyHacks.

RCS is already in, when u shoot at enemy it does the recoil for you.
If you mean no vis recoil then most likely not sorry m8.

Been using this for a few days now on a smurf, account is fine and I have had no accusations of hacks, thanks JumBo!

for some reason it spams red text into the command box and the hack is not working... anything I am doing wrong?
