Follow the tutorial i said that the first 2 steps are important that's probably the issue. and run powershell.exe as administrator before executing the command other wise it will not apply.

im following your tutorial but when the powershell is open, nothing hapen just ablank window

This has a sig-scanner yes it still works after the update just a couple of minutes ago (30mb).

if you follow the "How to run?" tutorial exactly should do the trick.

Someone who uses winds 7 32 bit knows if this working ?

yes this is still good to use.
sig-scanner auto finds the offsets you create it for.
it gets offsets dynamically, so you can forget doing it statically.
