ATM this is undetected, sure.
In the future it can be possible that valve will implement some security against thoose powershell scripts, but as always, no one knows the future.
It can happen today, in some month, years, etc., if you don't want to get banned, don't use hacks. If you use hacks it's on your own risk.
But as I can say of now, all works great and no ban since relase also of the old scripts.
So if you're scared, don't use it after any csgo update and wait for some feedback in this thread.
Many people will and can still use this scripts after updates cuz of auto update, so feedback will be given anytime

it's not auto update it has a sig-scanner. so it gets the offsets dynamically/automatically after they change after a patch. that's why i said auto-update to make it understandable but it's not auto-update cause that's not allowed here.

Yes eventually it will but as it says in the title, this updates regulary.
Just make sure to visit here before use
