Nothing can be 100% safe. U use hacks. Dont be a idiot and get overwatched. and u're fine.

Sure you can be VAC banned, but if it was because of the newest version of this hack, valve must detect this by default, so all other people using this hack must be banned too. So many posting it's UD, this implements they're not banned with this hack, so it isn't detected and must be your fault no matter if OW ban turned into VAC or you used another hack in the past few weeks or further. Valve can flag accounts and ban later, so if you used another hack maybe a month ago it could eventually the reason why.

sorry im kinda new still, but what happens in a vac ban wave? like even if ur not using hacks now if they do vac ban wave, u still get ban coz u used it yesterday?

only if they got the vac wave out yesterday .. so if you didnt use it after it got detected you wont get banned
but they usualy dont put a VAC update together with a csgo update
as the name says its silent so in a way that we won't notice

and yeah, still UD so no bans incoming
