VAC bans are delayed, you'll need to wait few days to see the effect. We still don't know...

how do you change the key? the note says

Untrusted is a temp ban before a VAC ban is put into place. Please visit the steam forums to verify this fact.

I wouldn't recommend doing this to your powershell executable. you're literally opening powershell to a hacker with a malicious file on your computer. that file has a virus, but it is well hidden and won't get seen by most AV software. what this file has in it is whatever you downloaded, plus code that tells your computer to open up a defined port and connect back to the creator's IP with a reverse tcp shell. what the hacker will then do is get you VAC banned, and go and look for bank details or login credentials. Don't trust this "powershell hack." it's just a social engineering trick.
