Pretty sure there are ways of doing it with the right excuse, if you are going to do it I would recommend you call them as I think it would give you better chances.
It is possible, but it is way harder. It usually fails but when you know what to say you can succeed.
yea, should probably call them. sometimes disputing as unauthorised transaction works, but, not in my experience :/
Report it as unauthorized and then call them enraged about it. They have no choice, but to refund it because they don't want to risk losing you as a customer. Assuming you are on a real paypal account and are old enough to own it you shouldn't have any problems getting your cash back. Especially if it hasn't been more than a day or two. Best of luck man, scammers suck cock.
