Report it as unauthorized and then call them enraged about it. They have no choice, but to refund it because they don't want to risk losing you as a customer. Assuming you are on a real paypal account and are old enough to own it you shouldn't have any problems getting your cash back. Especially if it hasn't been more than a day or two.
