If the guy uses MPGH, then report him and get him banned.
Show proof of the conversations and proof that you sent him the bitcoins. You should be good. Make sure to always call them after uploading the proof to make the fuckers actually look at it and close the case right then and there.

If it was charged from your bank account, you can actually call your bank and tell them what's going on.
Banks handle these things better than PayPal's shitty support.
Otherwise, do as Lunatic said and provide as much proof as possible.
The process might take a while.
