question with VIP

yesi know theres not going to be a VIp hack til jan something i believe well i want to buy one and watn to know all options with payment i wont use paypal i want to buy it with like a visa perapid reloadable card could i do that? or like buy a gamecard in exchagne for a VIP?

I was wondering this as well. I cant use paypal because i'm under 18 :/
