Can I donate via physical amazon card

Dave takes Amazon gift cards. Usually he takes virtual ones, but I'm sure he could find away to accept a physical one.
I don't see why MPGH would deny money.

To add to the topic: Not familiar with physical amazon gift cards, but won't it have a code on it?

Take the code and pin off the back off the physical gift card and give it to Dave. It's exactly the same thing.
