[Help] How to decrypt CA files?

Hey everyone, sorry if this has been posted before but I'm in a rush, we're going to relatives for christmas soon.

I decided to peek around in the C:\ CA folder and I tried to open a file but it was encrypted, is there a easiest way to decrypt that all the modders use?

I'm considering to even start modding myself.

i have tried,many people have tried to decode those txt files. no one has succeeded

If only we knew. Which file is it?

I am trying to mod the login screen to a different picture, perhaps also edit the HUD and ranking logos. I had a thought that possibly the login screen photo's and the logos had something to do with the files in the game directory, am I wrong?

I don't see any reason you should not be able to get into them files. Have you read all the tutorials on model editing? If you ahven't maybe you should.

I'm not trying to edit models, I'm trying to edit icons.

'Tis what I meant. Same thing. Make sure your editing the right files. Don't edit it if it's a .bmp.
