Well, AHK Scripts will most likely get you Overwatch banned, and .exe bhops scripts can get you VAC ánd OW Banned. In any way bhop scripts will get you overwatched (Competitive only) and VAC'ed (On VAC Secured Servers). As long as its not detected only OW can get you

AHK scripts probably wont get you overwatch banned, mainly because of how bad they are, and they %100 won't get you VAC banned.
Decent .exe bhop scripts however could easily get you overwatch banned if you abuse them, also possibly VAC banned depending on how they're made and if it's private or not.
Also, overwatch bans punish you almost exactly the same as VAC bans. If you get overwatch banned, you won't be able to play on 99% of community servers and %100 of Valve servers.

You'll probably get overwatched if you're going to try and bhop as your main method of transportation.
Whoever is watching on overwatch can easily tell that you're scripting.

You probably won't get ow banned for bhopping, aslong as you don't try bhop up stairs, like on d2 short. bc bhopping up stairs is firstly really hard and would make you sus
Depending on what you mean by 'Bhop', if you mean using a script software like AHK you are not likely to get banned, however if you skip around like a rabbit 24/7 and get reported you will probably get OW'd.
However if you are using some kind of memory hack (e.g .exe/.dll) you can get VAC banned.
