Why don't you try getting the item shipped outside the country and then back next time? Sure it'll cost a bit more but since customs actually checks the item, there is no way in hell the buyer could say that he got something else like a bunch of books.

with international shipping, they don't do signature or some shit, was reading a while thread about people getting scammed by eBay buyers.

He just opened it this morning, we are just exchanging some words.
I will not let this happen, even if USPS also accepts the claim.
People can't just do this to high valued sellers of eBay or just close the shit site down.

Me personally if someone did this to me ill be fucking pissed off because you know there bsing. First thing I'll say is this to him...

Is he trying to SE eBay ? From my past experience, eBay usually sides with whoever responds faster & whoever provide most detail/persuation.
I'd say ...they lean a little bit towards the seller....not like Amazon that just screw sellers over in A-Z claims tpyically....

He even tried to put some lame ass books in the box & take pictures.
The guy is pathetic & it just angers me people can do this so easily.

Unfortunately Ebay tends to side more with the buyer, if they didn't they'd lose traffic in the long run.
As long as your transaction went through, there really isn't much the buyer can do right now.
It's basically your word against his, and the worst that happens is ebay revokes your right to sell..
Big fucking deal. There are tons of alternatives out there for ebay.

just call california police and report it as fraud, then hopefully they'll confiscate the books and all that jazz, weigh it up, and check for finger prints. Then sue his ass.
