so ive been banned twice now under the old system. if i use hacks and get banned again, what will happen to me? will i get the third strike and no longer be able to play gtav? or will i be able to make a new account and what not?

if they catch you the next ban is permanent

And if you get banned permanently, you must re-buy the game
