Looking for a certain hack!
I was wondering if anyone could make a hack (reccomended krelay) that could make it so accounts with no name can talk. I'm not a scripter so I don't know the challenge. If anyone can that would be great! 
It would show only on your screen, if anything.

(Theoretically) Its only possible this way:
Unnamed says something on a chat, its forwarded to a bot with a name, now bot with a name PM's to anyone in range of Unnamed.
It wouldn't work on cem though or OT.
