Is this allowed?

I am making a site dedicated to MPGH which is basically kind of a bitcoin lottery site. People deposit. Get tickets & they could win the jackpot. Its going to be called MPGHLottery. Can I do that and then post it on MPGH?

Of course you "can", the question is, if it's allowed, maybe contact Liz or someone trough pm and ask if you have permission for this.
But one thing kinda bothers me, why calling it MPGHLottery?

Well you should ask dave,liz, or arun. I think that you should be able to do it as long as you give credit to the site owner and don't make a profit of it.

Hi. Im SwiftBot. The account that created this is my alt. So basically ask me any questions regarding this thread. The reason i'm calling it "MPGHLottery" Is not to scam. Its because its a lottery just for MPGH. You enter a bid & your MPGH Username. Not HF or some other forum site. So thats the reasoning behind that. Thank you all for pointing out who to contact. I'll contact Liz, I don't want to bother Dave because this isn't critical.
