Maybe microcenter near you might have some for cheaper/good deal?

The Gigabyte is about 3/4% faster - has better cooling as well...

So I'd say go with the Gigabyte.

There isn't a major difference between the 2. Maybe get one off eBay.

they have so much things at such great prices!
but my other option would be get the best GPU / cost most and refund it from amazon

The gigabyte one is cooler, has 3 fans, herp derp.
