m16a3 to a good weapon

If u can i want to mod a m16a3 but mod all the weapon the scoop,the dammage,accuracy,recoil to another wep but not a noob wep but a good like g36valkirie or mp7 mod idk pls man!!

And this is your first post... Wow.. do you know how hard that would be to make? Not including cross like morphing? Why dont you give it a try yourself..
