I don't think you can. Try doing some re search. I couldn't find anything.

There's companies that unlock it but you may have to pay dear, or try using a turbo sim

i think there was a free program back in the day... not sure if it works now

Try removing your sim, insert it in another phone & remove the sim pin, then re-insert in your phone?

Try finding out what carrier the phone is locked to and get a sim card from them?

What carrier is the phone from?¿
