How to Get the Rockstar Developer Shirts?

I saw a method who there's a police outfit can get the rocksatr dev t shirts, but it doesnot work anymore.

I received a red R* developer shirt when I used one of the unlock functions on a menu before the crack down on unlocks. Infamous menu has some nice options for saving down particular clothing.

Hum, nice. Its unsafe to use "unlock functions" on mods. But, did you remember what mod you used to unlock this shirt?

I used Infamous, but i didn't found any options to get R* Dev Shirt.

I'm pretty sure it was Infamous menu that I used months ago when unlocking wasn't as risky. The unlocks in new menu's do not really unlock all the t-shirts and everything anymore. It's a bummer, but I'll stick with my max level main character. I think this is the most modders I have ever seen that constantly crash, freeze players, and frame.

Off topic: I'm just glad Fall Out 4 is around the corner.

Hey Wind Keeper, I actually tried that method on PC and can confirm it does NOT work. As far as I have personally searched and have seen, it's something that you could only get on console back pre-next gen. I have watched almost every video you can find and it's all on console unfortunately. The only way I can think of bringing said item into PC is possibly a character transfer from a console account that has it. I could be wrong, but that's what I have personally found. Best of luck!
