No access to e-mail

Hello! I don't have access to e-mail for the account named: @Aragornpl0012, it's my account but the e-mail that I have used got blocked my e-mail provider (I didn't use it at all and it was deactivated), is there any way for me to recover the account? It's 5 years old so I'd like to actually have it back

Could you post from your usual IP location so I can confirm it is you? Currently post IPs do not match.

Yes, I'm posting for my normal location atm, I'm studying in another city so I can post from this location only at the weekends.
