Refunds are dealt with via Skype. You can keep the layout, but only if you provide proof that it does not fit your needs and you show proof that you deserve a refund.
*PS* Due to school and not always being able to be online, it may take up to 4 business days max to receive your layout. I also may be flooded with requests. As always, people who pay are in higher request and will be assisted before the free users.

All information will be handled over Skype. PayPal info, as well as your desired theme, pictures, info, etc...

Sorry for the late reply. Been busy.
The thread itself should be an example. The background is bad, and I'm going to change the color, but since I haven't had any customers, I don't really have any examples to show unless I make some ones just for that. If you really wanted me to, I can
