Contact them.

Also, for the ebay thing email them that you received a stack of paper instead of the actual item and they'll more than likely side with you.
ehh ill just ask him nice at first then devil after.
anybody i need help here. I sent a message for a refund and been a day since he didnt reply or sent anything.
Most of the time if the item is of any value above $50+ the seller will often ask you for a return. So I wouldn't get my hopes to high on this.
i really dont care if i keep it or not, it just pisses me off how the pictures he put in the description didnt show the pen marks on the inside of the backpack.

never do disputes with ebay first I heared it takes longer so you should do all of this over paypal

And make sure you're excuse is much different
like why don't you return the item but put something else in the box when returning it
whatever it is make sure its about the same weight

Yes it takes about 30 days and if the seller doesn't respond within 30 days you get a refund
don't call paypal you can file a dispute on the site

Assuming that there was nothing in the description, title, or pictures about the pen marks or any imperfectoins - your best bet would to tell paypal that the item wasn't as described and tell them the truth.

Assuming that he did say something like that or the condition was "used", you can try your luck with what I said above^^^ or try the "recieved a stack of paper" excuse that smoke said
Say the item hasn't arrived, tell paypal the package/box came but was empty inside they can't tell you to ship back a empty box that's stupid
