How do I put a display picture?

Hey guys,
I just made this account, and was wondering how to add a Display picture.
Any help/advice/information is much appreciated.

User CP --> Avatar, or Signature or whatever

Well, I don't have the Avatar feature, only the Signature feature.
Do I have to be a MPGH member for a certain time period, till I am given the permissions?

No... just search

Hmm, should be under 'Edit Avatar'.

Lol, yeah. I went to see on my account, where it should be xD

Btw, could it be because I haven't validated my email?
I re-sent it 2-3 times, and still haven't received it.
