HELP with settings

I need help here, i try to tick the setting so that CRC bypass n shit works but it wont let me for certain ones like in Assembler i cant tick Use HArdware breakpoints (max 3), can someone help me out here, ive been tryin forever to get this ms hacking bs to work 0.o

I know how to use DXWND and MzBot i just cant get the settings ticked, ive read every guide, posted in lots of them and no one could help me. Could it be a Vista related problem?
