❓ How do you make an unturned cheat?

Title says it all! is there anyone nice enough to show me how to make a basic singleplayer cheat? that could eventually turn into a multiplayer cheat?

Use reflector + reflexil or DotNetResolver (Go Search it)
I had learn a little bit for hacking unturned 3.0
if you still not understand
Go to Unturned Hacks & cheats > Sticky Threads > How to edit Assembly-CSharp dll by xCyberxx

Im sorry but i still dont understand, the thread made by xCyberxx is very old and you can no longer do it the way he explained to do it, therefore it is no use to me.. if someone could explain how to do it in more detail then it would be appreciated.
