Mid laners

Recently as I have gained Elo is seems I am being forced to play mid more often and I honestly hate mid. I was wondering if you guys can suggest me a champion that does well against the OP mid's like diana, zed, talon and so on.

Cho'gath. Viable, safe and easy.

Uh Ahri/annie & veigar are pretty good

Ahri isn't easy. Veigar isn't difficult to pickup. You can play him

Spending some time to learn Twisted Fate goes a long way. He's great to blind pick.

Annie or Ryze if you want to stay safe, and deal damage.
Ahri if you have the required skills, same with Veigar.

Totally forgot Annie. Pretty skill-less and deals crazy damage. Super balanced

I'd pick Ryze/Cho' Gath to go against those. On a side note, you should try playing with Le Blanc. Pretty fun champion to troll with.

Just cus you main it doesn't mean she isn't easy. All you gotta do is land your charm and bam they're dead.
Annie, as hunter said, is a rapist. She might be underage but she can put it in there harder than Cobe Bryant.
Another easy midlaner is Veigar. As retarded as he seems, he's the most reliable AP midlaner you can ever go with. Go vs another AP midlaner and if you know how to land your stun, then skills then ult, then you're going to pretty much win every 1 v 1.

He doesn't wanna play mid mainly he just wants someone easy to play that he can pickup so he isn't a weak point for his team when he has to play mid in ranked. noob

You wanna carry, you gotta play godyr. Carried myself all the way from Bronze V to Silver V (smurf, not real elo).

A few champions that you can pick up without much effort would be Twisted Fate or annie.

Currently the TP Meta is really broken and TF is the perfect pick up. He really doesn't require much skill as all it really requires is for you to have a bit of map awarness.

Annie in particular doesn't fit the TP Meta but she works well in almost every situation. She's a lane bully and she can always run mobi to pressure other lanes.

Annie does well against Zed. Her ult is instantaneous so Zed trying to outplay with with ult to dodge it is pretty much impossible. She trades well against Diana and Talon too. I really don't see you losing to any of those 3 matchups.

If you want to pick up something that's a little harder, maybe try Viktor?

ummm, I suggest Viktor. He's amazing in mid lane but the ability E Death Ray is a little bit difficult, like Rumble's R.

Annie's good too. And she's really easy, at least for me, I'm diamond btw<3

In season 6, don't forget one champion, Graphs! He's OP in any lane except jungle. The damage is really really BOOM!! LOVE HIM NOW!

Been spamming TF and Ryze almost plat now. To bad this is the Pre-Season.

I used to spam Godyr in season 4 and early season 5 but he fell out of his position. In gold he is pretty hard to carry with and there are better devour junglers like Jax.

Not sure if you read this, i'm too late, or someone already answered correctly.
The champ won't matter, every champ has a counter, every champ can lose badly to any other champ.

I recommend just playing normals a little, pick someone who you think just looks cool, forget how OP or hard they are to use. Literally just look at their pic, see their abilities and say huh this may be fun.

After that just play games with that champ only no matter who you face (Normal matches please). I recommend blind pick for this step as you can call mid better. If you don't get mid in blind pick do the next best things, call top if not available call jungle. Most mid laners can cover those 2 other lanes if played well, they can even cover support and in some cases kill lane bot. Just make sure to stick to that one champ for a while.

You'll lose a bit, if you learn fast you'll be fine but you'll be forced to learn at a better pace to adapt to diff enemies you'll face and diff playstyles. Once you get used to that one champ go to ranked, I promise you, you'll be much better.
I did this to learn ekko, I started jung though, was forced to go mid a few times got rekts now I can do any lane with him. Same thing with zed, got owned by a zed and ended up winning next 3 mid lanes and jungle games.
