So I've been having trouble sleeping lately and sometimes Ill just lay in bed for up to 2 hours or so just trying to fall asleep and I have no idea why this has happened all of a sudden (for about a 2 weeks),
I'm not stressed.
I Usually don't use the computer before going to bed.
I don't drink Soda or any kind of energy drink before going to bed.
etc.
etc.
And I always read a good book before I go to sleep,but still I just cant fall asleep even if I feel tired I just....cant?
So I wanted to know if anyone had the same problem as me or someone had some tips on how I could fall asleep easier
(I've tried Most of the common methods) so if anyone has some of there own that they can share with me that would be great

I've tried that Or kind of if you call Bob Ross painting ASMR it kind of helped but that was only because I had just got home from a 24 hour LAN party lol

Try to have a resting period and avoid looking at a computer/phone/tablet screen for an hour before you go to bed.

Hmm.. I do read every night so I might think about the book?
But yeah sometimes my mind just goes flying just when I'm about to go to sleep

Try to just empty your mind or listen to some kind of soft music. If you constantly think, it will make you awake.
I usually do that because my mind is constantly thinking of new ideas, probabilities, etc.

Well I mean I don't blame you for it I've thought about it myself but I just choose not to
