Unfortunately no. Nexon would rather you buy prepaid cards rather than via paypal (nx credit) coz its easier. Therefore, they give more benefits to prepaid card holders. Sorry the answer is that its not possible.

No, you cannot change NX credit to prepaid.
Sorry, i don't think cards will come to Australia either.

Another way would to probably befriend with someone in USA/Canada and you send them paypal money for their NX code, Don't blame me for any unwanted consequences.
