Hi guys , i just wanna know when i choose join group do i like directly join it or like should my request get accepted by the guy who made it ?

Most groups don't require you to be accepted, but there are a few that you need to be approved by the group leader/creator.

There are 3 forum group types. public, moderated and invite only. you can join any public group, but you have to "apply" to moderated groups. invite only explains itself.

I joined the group " i love anime " its public my profile shows that i have joined it as well but it wont display under my name when i post.

If you are talking about member level one as a group, those are the ones where you have to earn them.

Thanks for this info but my question is why doesnt my forum group appear under my name ? like other guys have like " night owl " but my group name doesnt show.

The link I referred to you was for usergroups.
Stuff like "night owl" has to be requested in the Profile Edit Requests section.
You can do this once you reach 1337 posts.
Or if you donate $25 USD, you can request a change whenever you like.
