It says I need 1500 posts to make a thread?

I just want to have a place to collect the vouches people give me. Do I need 1500 posts to do that?

I'm guessing you mean where it says this:

No, that's for if you want to be a "Voucher" meaning the person who vouches for user's selling threads.

You're free to open a vouch thread to place all your vouches in the section regardless of rank as long as you follow the guidelines stated in THIS thread. (the second-half portion only).
