Isn't it pretty obvious when it clearly says a 'Bill from_____'. Pay attention in class and you may learn something.

@HyperSolid360, if you were sent that by an MPGH user, then please report him/her here and make sure to include a screenshot of his/her Skype profile as well as screenshots of the whole conversation. Anyway, that is indeed an commonly known scam method, the PayPal scam invoice one.
