He doesn't call it Terrorist Attack, he calls it as Muslim Attack.

I don't know if he is correct in any of this, but DAMN he has some great points in this whole video, leave your opinion regarding to this.

That bolded part means:

So, he is right when he says "an islamic attack" (an attack made by some particular islamics, he didn't mean all muslims are terrorist).
