I'd be extremely cautious with this person. I asked if he is willing to give a voucher's copy to any of the staff but he refused and gives excuses, I asked if he is willing to use ESCROW/MIDDLEMAN but he refused and gives excuses, I asked if he is willing to go first if a staff buys from him but then again he refused and gives excuses and he told me to rather wait for someone to go first with him and he will give a discount to someone who is willing to go first (really?), then his last two messages he pretended as if he doesn't understand what I'm saying to him "wot, and wot and wot" is all he says to me.

I don't know why I'm not surprised by this. He also refuses to disclose if the cards are legit and/or acquired through blackhat methods.

yeah well basically you can;t give "vouch" copy ..that means free money but refusing going first to a mod/admin yeah...don't lose your time with him
