Solvedtargeting assist for keyboard mouse (Need help)

hey, fellows.

I was wondering if there is any way in can make windows reconize my keyboard and mouse as a gamepad?
so i can have a little "aimbot" because when you use a gamepad you have targeting assist wich acts like a snap on feature.
i've seen people use it but they dont want to tell me :<

That would be really great. Right now I am using controller and I went 94-25 on Nuk3town. Target assist is amazing.

I remember reading this the other day, and apparently if you have an XIM4 you can just plug your mouse and keyboard into and plug it into your PC and it works, but that's if you want to spend money and they're quite pricey :/
