i think it makes you able to sell cars that usually give the $50000 message.

Yeah, it lets you sell high priced vehicles, but it's a bit wierd. The game only values them at ~500k, no matter how much they are really worth

the sell limit basicly changes the tunables entry to a much higher number

But then you start to reach the worth value of 500K

the magic is in the tunables
