amazon refund question

and item to be refunded has to be shipped and sold by amazon? Can it be for example SOLD by 3rd party and shipped by amazon and still be refunded? and also the other way around, though i don't think that way it can work i still ask, thanks!

To directly answer your question as as long as it's "fulfilled and/or shipped by Amazon" it is refundable.

It can work for about 75% of the time, depending on the seller, some are "oh we are sorry , we value our customers and can replace / refund the item at no cost" some are "r u stupid we made sure of what we sent," . You can always get a refund if you talk to Amazon via "File A-Z Claim"
