WEAPON STATIC ADRESS

Hi,
can anyone here help me?
COD3RIN had a thread that teach us how to hack weapon by changing the static address.
But I seem can't figure it out,do we need a bypass to do it?Can we use the suspending method to bypass GG?
i'm really confused so can anybody teach me?
