Can you get banned if your hacking on community servers that doesnt have VAC Secured enabled?? 
You can not get banned if you use the insecure tag when you are playing CSGO (use it when csgo launches). If you use it on a community server that has VAC protection then yes you could get vac'd or untrusted ban :C
