Uhh the guy changed it properly somehow? I dunno... Use the search btton, look for the thread he got it off, and see how he did it.
Well don't speedhacks typically speed up reload times, etc? I would think the warmup for the mini would be faster if someone was speedhacking.
Some do, usually it's just running speed.
