I don't encourage refunding on ebay as all the sellers are normal people and not big roch companies like Amazon and so forth, these sellers literally work hard for the items and sell them so i really do not encourage refunding on ebay

Depends on the sellers. I wouldn't recommend refunding an average Joe who is just looking to make some extra money. Who knows what their situation is? They may be selling their PS3 to feed their kids or something. But there are plenty of super sellers on ebay who make a ridiculous amount of money, too. The top results for most in demand items are totally dominated by these sellers.

What about big companies on eBay? There's not just only individuals?

Keep in mind they have your address, they know where you live unless you've used a drop address it's not worth it.
