AMAZON REFUND ANYONE?

So I bought an s5 6 months ago. I stupidly enough didnt buy from amazon or fulfilled by amazon. I now compare it to one thats bought from the samsung shop. The front camera is way better so is the back camera, it is also more heavier. The live chat ppl told me to send it the amazon counterfeit bs department I dont wanna do all that. Anyone know how to refund it for me asap!

If it's 5 months ago and not fulfilled then it's not happening.

Actually it can happen file an A to Z claim, if it's actually counterfeit you should win. Se your way out of sending it back.

Well since it's 5-6 months old how would that even work? Also OP wants someone else to do it for him. So if you decide to do it let me now how the conversation went because I never used the a-z method.

file a-z claim can take two weeks or one month tho

GOOD NEWWWWWWS! They told me that the a-z claim was for only 90 days! But, they told me send it to amazon department of counterfeit crap I then spoke to another representative and he said he will talk to another department. 2 hours later got an email with a refund

Nope not at all. I took it to samsung once for repair and they fixed free of charge so im guessing its genuine. I tried loads of custom roms.
