HelpCF mod SOUNDS = reinstall client. invalid version

Hi, don't know if this happens to anyone else, but I play a LOT of Ghost Mode, so i deleted the sound files under "messages" folder so when ppl throw granades, flash, smoke, or find bomb it wont sound on my headphones super loud. but everytime I wanna start the game again it says it's invalid version and it asks me to reinstall it. So I reinstall it and everything is fine again and I can play, except for the annoying sounds so I really can't play GR on ghost mode anymore.. I've tried instead of deleting the files just using muted files, but it's the same, it tells me that my client is invalid version and that I have to reinstall the client AGAIN.

help.

Thanks in advanced

@sadicolacho I had a similar error, then I uninstalled 2 recently installed programs on my computer (one was Quick Time) and it gone fine. Try uninstalling any program that includes Quick Time on it's installation...
