If one of the following:
File gets deleted as a virus: Disable your Anti-Virus while you download and make a exception to your Anti-virus to the file.
Don't know how to download it: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty World at War\zone\english *and replace the "common" file with the one here.

If you cant download this, use IDM or another download manager.
This Mod Menu is a joke ctrl + f does not do anything besides allows you to change the smoke color maybe learn something about the Mod Menu before stealing it.
