To answer all your questions:
Can other people see the weopon change? No, on other peoples clients all they see is the original gun. If you had a G36E they would see the G36E. Some people have told me that they can hear the mods though, like if ur fireing the L96a1 with semi-auto they can hear every shot.
Does the G36E mod effect vykerie? No, it only effects that model, all varients will never change. I will never mod 2 of the same gun because there is'nt really any point.
Is it possible to change stats of the guns while keeping its original model? No it is'nt, Nexon has made there own file format which is impossible to edit, what happens is the model is swapped with different types of model - for example the G36E had 5 different file formats which i swapped with 3 M4A1 and 2 from the K2

Yeah sorry, i did have a notepad in with the download that tells you where to place the files and how to back it up but the end of the file seems to be corrupt.
To install go into your game's folder and make a copy of all the .rez files your replacing then just drag the files from my pack into your games folder.
For those who dnt know the games folder is:
"$$:/Combat arms/Game"

I havnt learnt much about the scopes but I dont see why it wont be possible, There is a chance that its server sided because ive got the acog scopes to look like an L115 scope but the scopes range dnt increase
