I need help, everytime i start it up and activate it, it doesn't start? I did exact same steps yet it doesnt work.

Have you tried disabling your anti virus and firewall? Also try runnin my tool as administrator. What os are you using?

Windows 8.1 64 bit i think and i tried both ways including disabling AVG and any other antivirus

Does not work ... done it exactly like in the video

My config is very good for this game , so she isn't the problem

I already decompiled it(for real, unlike you) and there's nothing "harmful" in the file at all.
