is it possible to change the actual stats of a gun like the default gun make its recoil all the way low or the damage really high all i want to know if its possible

Why are you ganna try make it like that or something, and i think it can be possible if you know how to do it.

No it's not in a code, it's in a cat, and instead of decoding it, you decat it. Ofcourse it's in a code... And it's not server sided. If it was, we'd have to illegally mod it.
